Offering free homeopathic clinical care in community settings. We are currently working in the Delmas area and in Lespinasse.
Homeopathy provides a natural, safe and effective medical treatment. It is a medical system that has been in constant use by medical doctors for over 200 years and continues to be one of the world\\\'s fastest growing medicines. The safety record of homeopathy ensures that effective treatment can span from the age of infancy to the elderly patient. Homeopathy offers a viable comprehensive health care system for areas challenged with a shortage of medical personnel, geographic accessibility, limited economic resources, and drug resistant disease. |

During 2012: Homeopaths Without Borders is offering a course in Homeopathy to doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, health care workers and community leaders in Haiti. Course participants will learn principles, methodologies and procedures of homeopathic care. Teaching methods are designed to be easy to understand and logical. Protocols includes local clinical needs including emergency care, fever, respiratory infections, diarrhea, and endemic and epidemic diseases. Course work includes classroom and clinical observations.
This course is being offered at no charge to participants and includes course materials and homeopathic medicines. Course participants must be able to attend all five sessions. |
