Since 2006, we pay the salary of the full-time Haitian doctor to run Our Lady of Lourdes Clinic in Sainte Suzanne. In 2008,
HBHH began partnering with Caritas and the doctor travels with their mobile unit one day each week to visit the sick in remote
areas. Two medical mission teams (one in 2006 and one in 2007) were sent to the clinic in St. Suzanne. In 2010, HBHH
helped organize a medical mission team to Dilaire on behalf of the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Future
medical mission trips to St. Suzanne are planned. |

Haiti provides qualified persons to work in the medical field to help support the MSPP. HBHH also provides financial support to
teachers in training; teachers can help reinforce the MSPP by educating students and families on public health in the area of
hygience and sanitation as part of future plan to partner with Pure Water for Haiti in the schools in the Nord-Est Department. |
